The violet flame (also called the violet fire of transmutation) is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life. It can heal emotional and physical problems, improve your relationships, help you to grow spiritually, or just make life easier.
I have found the Violet flame of St. Germain (Lord of the Seventh Ray) very useful for transmuting detrimental energy into beneficial energy. Simply call upon the ascended master, St. Germaine, when you feel that you are being adversely influenced by the impulses, thoughts, or energy from the collective consciousness and ask him to bring his violet flame to you. Or, you can send detrimental energy to his flame. Like the refiner’s fire, it will remove the dross and bring forth pure gold. It transmutes energy around you without your having to be actively or consciously aware that you are helping or healing others, and because it also acts as a shield, it will keep you from picking up unwanted psychic information or energy.
Here is an exercise found in The Saint Germain Series by Godfré Ray King to purify the brain and body-structure by calling your Mighty I AM Presence to pour through your mind and body:
Mighty I AM Presence! blaze through me Thy Conforming Flame of Divine Love. Take this desire out of me, annihilate its cause and effect, past, present and future, and replace it by the Fullness of Yourself, your Perfect satisfaction, and hold your Full Dominion here forever.
Spend a few moments (three times a day is recommended), visualizing yourself standing within a pillar of Violet Flame rushing from your feet to some distance above your head and extending for at least three feet on each side around your body.
Hold this picture as long as you can and feel the Flame, which is the purifying power of Divine Love, penetrating every cell of your body. This dissolves all impure and unnecessary substances in the cells of the body, thus clearing and illumining the consciousness.
