Radio Show with Irene Conlan: Empathy Tour Day 11

As empaths, our journey may be to embrace, feel, and connect, but also to thrive, celebrate, and deepen awareness, not only for ourselves, but also for others with whom we are connected.

"If you have mood swings that you can’t explain, become depressed when you have nothing to be depressed about, or if you know what others are feeling and thinking, you may be an empath," says Irene Conlan (@ieconlan on Twitter). "For you, this book is a must read!"

Listen to Irene Conlan as she hosts guest author Yvonne Perry on The Self Improvement Radio Show.

PURCHASE paperback book, Whose Stuff Is This? Finding Freedom from the Thoughts, Feelings, and Energy of Those Around You at The e-book version is now available for Kindle, iPhone, iPad, and other digital reading devices.

  1. Irene, thanks for hosting Yvonne on this show. This book is a life saver for people in the self-improvement field who, with their self awareness, begin to discern energies of others they know or work with. One woman in California I recently spoke with indicated that a coworker sometimes has spells of manic highs and lows when he forgets his medications for bipolar disorder. She feels his energy shifting emotional states before he does, and is working with him through mindfulness to help him also be aware.

  2. Thank you both for your wonderful help with this book and the tour to let others know about it. I do feel the blessing of sharing information that can honestly assist people who are energy sensitive.
