Empowering Hour with Empaths Replay!

On August 12, 2014 my co-host, Veronica O’Grady and I talked about phantom organs restructuring the physical body from the energetic template; galactic beings from Pleiades came in for Veronica just before the call; symptoms that you are bringing more of your higher self into your body; crossing disincarnate souls over into higher vibrational levels and octaves; what is a gatekeeper and how to know if you are one; why some earthbounds do not move on, and more!

At the end of the call we used light language to invoke the bird tribe to help us more fully bring our higher selves into the physical body. Bird tribe is the term our Native American ancestors used to refer to angels, messengers, higher selves, ascended masters, and extra terrestrials.

How Much Wholeness and Ecstasy Can You Stand?

What a terrific call we had on Empowering Hour with Empaths on Tuesday!

Veronica O’Grady explained why we really don’t need to guard our hearts and put up walls to protect ourselves as empaths. Instead, we can explore how we really feel and allow a cleansing/clearing to take place by allowing the energy to come up and be dealt with. When we take down the walls around our hearts or say goodbye to energy that no longer serves us, we will begin to feel lighter and more whole. However, before that happens, this leaving and unweaving may create a feeling of loss or grief. Rest assured that the heart space is filling up with light; and soon, the only protection you will need is to set boundaries with energy by simply using your intention and words.

Are you energetically picking up on the history of the land whenever you enter a property? Many empaths are aware of disembodied souls; however, they may not realize that they are clearing the souls that are trapped in the plane between the Earth and the soul’s resting place in the afterlife. Learning to consciously participate in crossing souls over to the light will lessen the detrimental energy that you pick up in your field. Yvonne shares her story about crossing over souls from the Civil War and those who committed suicide at a particular location.

What is love and what is strength? What is doubt and what is fear? Veronica explains the difference between these.

Empowering Hour with Empaths Replay April 2014

We began this call by inviting in our higher selves, our guidance teams, and the Divine Mother and Holy Father to join us. We intoned in light language to raise the vibration for all souls in attendance and those who will listen later. Co-host Veronica O’Grady http://www.quantumalchemyhealing.com shared what she experienced this week that got her vibe so high and talked about how it feels to have another aspect of higher self coming in.

Burn out! Healers and practitioners have been experiencing physical symptoms in their body after working with clients. Veronica and Yvonne addressed how to stay clear while doing energy work and gave some tips for working with the energy that is released in client sessions. Learn about a transformation vortex that recycles energy and allows the practitioner to receive while giving healing to another person.

We discussed why it is necessary to clear our own “real estate” before we try to possess the Promised Land! (Even Jesus had his time in the wilderness with his shadow side.) Most empaths want to be out there “doing” something and accomplishing their mission, but it is worthwhile to take the time to focus on getting clear before we try to do energy work on another person. Any discordant vibration resonate within us can be a detriment and cause us to pick up unwanted energy from others. This is what causes burn out for so many healers. If your vibration is high enough, you are less susceptible to the stray energy of others. You may even find the whole problem of picking up detrimental energy from others becomes a non-issue. So, we gave tips on how to raise your vibration to that caliber.

We talked about ways to love ourselves, re-parent our inner child, and take time to love our body as the vehicle that allows our soul to have expression on Earth. Only when we deeply love ourselves will we be truly ready to start ministering to others without backlash. And, even backlash is not bad! It simply means we had a trigger that shows us an area we need to clear up or heal.

We gave very simple explanation that anyone can learn regarding how to connect to our soul's purpose.

As a group, we were able to minister to participants and provide insight regarding the teen years and the purpose/reason so many teenagers go through a rebellion or walk on the dark side during these years. Understand these stages and how the child is finding his/her voice and healing past life issues during this time. And, we shared stories about how to let go and allow another person to have their experience and to actually learn our own lessons through the process.

Here’s what we discussed: Many people are pulling away from social engagements these days. Some are having empathic responses (such as shaking, anxiety, unexplained weeping) to the energy of an ascending world that seems to be going crazy. But, some “retreaters” are pulling away because they feel the need to withdraw and go inward to get more connected with Source and guidance. Some have had significant soul shifts and need to integrate this multidimensional energy before they go out into the world again. You will also learn about the roller coaster dark night of the soul (in repeated episodes) and what is going on when you can’t seem to keep your vibration steady. And, we talked about clearing objects that a deceased loved one may be attached to. This can help them, and us, transition to a better place after the grieving process.

I am seeing a new trend of people pulling away from social engagements these days. Some are having empathic responses (such as shaking, anxiety, unexplained weeping) to the energy of an ascending world that seems to be going crazy. If you are having empathic responses, determine (ask your guides, use muscle testing, etc.) if your own energy is undergoing a purification process or if you are attempting to transmute negative energy around you by allowing your body and emotions to do the work instead of employing spiritual transmutation tools that are available.

Not all the “retreaters” are pulling away because they feel overwhelmed with energy from outside sources. Even powerful healers are feeling the need to withdraw and go inward to get more connected with Source and guidance. Some have had significant soul shifts and need to integrate this multidimensional energy before they go out into the world again.

About the Author
